Being from the famous Tkachuk family and having professional players as the brothers Brady and Matthew the ice, Taryn Tkachuk has made a name for herself in the world of athletics. Taryn is the only daughter for former NHL player Keith Tkachuk and Chantal Tkachuk, so she has been raised in athletic environments and active herself.
Early Life
Taryn Tkachuk was also born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, and even though the level of athletic accomplishment in her home was not as high as in Byfuglien’s, sports were something of a family business.
Played hockey for the St. Louis Blues, and the other brother Tkachuk followed the same path from a young age and she spent her days watching her brothers playing ice hockey. But instead of getting involved in Hockey, just like her mommy and daddy did, she carried out her own thing in athletic ability.
In high schools, she was at Chaminade college preparatory school in Saint Louis, here she found herself enjoying field hockey and other sporting disciplines.
Career
The brothers have taken up hockey as their profession while Taryn has been very successful in field hockey. Duke University’s star guard recently participated in high school soccer and showed remarkable talents that prepared her for college soccer.
Her commitment to sport proved that family’s love to sports is innate and passes through the gene pool no matter the genre. Apart from being a player Taryn has also indicated interests in sport management and marketing something that her family has a lot of inside into given the fact that they have been associated with professional sports.
While she has to earn an individual recognition for herself, she has also had a platform on which to build from the solid sporting tradition of her family name.

Taryn has two brothers, who are professional National Hockey League players like their father. Brady Tkachuk, the younger of her two brothers, was taken fourth overall in the 2018 NHL Draft by the Senators and is now the captain of the team.
As a native of Montreal, Quebec, Brady has all the leadership qualities, fitness and the passion of a true NHL star. Matthew Tkachuk, her older brother, was taken sixth overall in the 2016 NHL draft by the Calgary Flames and is now a member of the Florida Panthers.
He has worked his way up the league to be considered one of the most precise and aggressive players in the league – he can score, but he can also get under someone’s skin just as easily as his father. The children are supportive of each other and are in a healthy competition all throughout the series.
Both brothers are athletes, though they aren’t the same kind of athlete. Taryn still remains friends with both, occasionally attending their games and promoting their athletic endeavors. The two tend to attribute their achievements to the family`s upbringing with their parents being a large influence in their lives as well as their career.
