To receive additional information on our Daily Grind Coffee House and Cafe' franchise opportunity, please take a moment to complete our request information form.

2. Evaluation of Request for Information
You will receive a response within 24 hours of your submittal stating that our staff has received your information and is evaluating it. If you meet our minimum requirements and we feel Daily Grind may be a good fit, we will forward our Daily Grind Franchise information packet.

3. Review and Return Personal Profile
After your review of our information packet, please complete the enclosed franchisee personal profile and return to our corporate office.

4. Telephone Introduction
A staff member will contact you and introduce you to our program and business opportunity. Our Sales staff is trained to thoroughly explain our unique position in the market and why owning a Daily Grind franchise may be the right choice for you.

5. Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC)
Following the telephone introduction and your personal profile approval, we will deliver our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). This document covers 23 different categories of information regarding our franchise and includes items such as a copy of the actual franchise agreement, a list of existing franchisees with their contact information and thorough description of our franchise system. This document is invaluable to you in helping you perform you due diligence on our franchise opportunity.

6. Review and Award Notification
While you are reviewing our UFOC and performing your due diligence, we will continue to process your application, performing a credit and background check. If we determine that you are a good candidate to become a Daily Grind franchisee, and you agree to proceed, we will arrange a meeting to sign our franchise agreement. At this point, the initial franchise fee of $30,000.00 is required. You are now an official member of the Daily Grind team and family. Now the excitement begins!!!

7. Pre-Opening Process
At this time, we will schedule a Daily Grind orientation class. We have a team that can help you select the perfect location for your store. Once you have secured your location, we will work with you and our architects and contractors on the store buildout. While your store is being built, we begin training you and your staff.

8. Training
We will train you in the "Daily Grind" method of owning and operating a successful Daily Grind Coffee House and Cafe' business. We believe that an effective training program is critical to early and ongoing success of our franchisees. Our training program is extensive, thorough and ongoing. We require classroom training in one of our training facilities, and on-site behind-the-counter training in an open store.

From these training sessions you will walk away with the confidence, knowledge and skills you will need to open and manage your own Daily Grind operation. We also offer additional training courses on topics throughout the year that will help improve your business.

All franchisees are assigned an Area Developer whose principal responsibility is to provide the support and assistance to help you operate a successful Daily Grind business. Further support and training is available via company newsletters, online chat boards, and franchisee meetings.

9. Pre-Opening
In the weeks before your store is opened the Daily Grind Training team will come to your location. During this time we will help train your hired employees on the Daily Grind system. We will help you with marketing, advertising and any pre-opening questions that may arise. We will make sure you and your team are comfortable, knowledgeable and ready to make your store a huge success.

10. Grand Opening
The Big Day! You will be ready. However, we always have a member of our staff on-site to help if questions arise. Your new customers will leave your store satisfied and excited to return for their next visit to your Daily Grind Coffee House and Cafe'!
