Columbian Supremo

Columbia's highest grade coffee is thoroughly rich and mellow with pleasing acidity and

firm body. A very popular brew the world over, it is the standard against which other South

American coffees are judged.

Costa Rica Tarrazu

This Costa Rica coffee features tremendous flavor and body with fine acidity. the aroma is

incredibly sweet and malty. Well balanced acidity doesn't overpower the sweet pleasant

aftertaste.

Dark Sumatra

Heavy bodied, thick and syrupy, with mocha like earthy flavor with very light acidity.

Ethiopia Harrar

From the country that gave birth to coffee, harrar combines the traditional floral and fruity

flavor notes common to great African coffees with its own unique wild and tangy character.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe

Considered by many to be the best of the Ethiopians, this coffee combines the traditional

flavor characteristics of the region - fruity, floral, earthy, and dry - with a tamed wildness and

subtle spiciness, resulting in a cup with rich aroma and delicate balance.

Guatemala

This coffee is grown at high altitudes in rich fertile volcanic soil. Roasted to a rich deep

milk chocolate brown, this tremendous coffee creates a smoky, spicy, full bodied and

complex cup.

Kenya AA

The king of African coffee. These wonderfully round, plump beans, roasted to perfection,

produce a distinctly sharp, dry, wine-like, full bodied cup. One of the genuinely great

coffees produced throughout the world.

Organic Colombia

The highest grade organic beans are grown in the rich soil of the country's western

mountains and harvested painstakingly by hand. We roast these beans to a beautiful milk

chocolate brown color to bring out the rich, mellow flavor and deep, dense body.

Organic Peru

Mild acidity, light-bodied but flavorful and aromatic, exceptionally light, with a vanilla

toned sweetness that deserves appreciation as a distinctive specialty coffee.

Organic Sumatra

One of the best coffees in the world, Sumatra is an exotic, complex, heavy bodied syrupy

coffee. In the cup it is bold, rich, mocha like, spicy, and earthy. Sumatra is the ruler of

Indonesian organics.

Panama Boquete

Grown on the beautiful hillsides of Panama, this coffee is harvested and processed the old

fashioned way, by hand. With hints of nuts and chocolate, this full bodied bean is

bound to please all.

Sumatra

The archetypal Indonesian, Sumatran is an exotic, complex, heavy bodied coffee. In the

cup it is bold, rich, earthy, round and complete. The choice of many coffee aficionados.

Tanzanian Peaberry

These unusually round, compact beans deliver a cup that is piquant with good body and a

quietly sweet finish. It is a rare treat for a special occasion, or a unique everyday brew.
